Make sure they are PNGS not Jpegs with transparent background. Orders with Jpegs will not be processed.

If the Logo does not have not have a transparent background, a surcharge of $5-$8 to edit the image for Print.

Our pricing structure is designed to provide you with the best value for your bulk orders. For smaller orders below five items, a nominal surcharge is applied to cover production costs. This way, we can maintain our commitment to high-quality standards regardless of order size.

Timeline for Production and Delivery

Quality takes time, and we are committed to delivering products that exceed your expectations. Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the time of order confirmation for production and delivery. This timeline ensures that each item is crafted with care and precision, undergoing thorough quality checks before reaching your doorstep. We aim to keep you informed every step of the way, providing updates on your order status to ensure a seamless experience.

Minimum Order Quantity and Surcharge Policy

To ensure efficient production and delivery, we require a minimum order of five (5) items for bulk purchases. Orders below this minimum will incur a surcharge to accommodate the additional production efforts involved. This policy allows us to manage resources effectively and continue offering superior products and services to all our customers.
